That is false. My friend has 2 cygnuses in one world in Culverin. How did he do that? He deleted one of the parent account's from the previous one. Kinda dumb but yea. It worked out fine.

Are you saying that if I make a Cygnus under one parent, then delete that parent, that I can then take another parent and make another Cygnus?
Sounds dumb to me, either way, if you want another, just make a new account. Most people already have multiple accounts, personally, I have about 6 that each have a decent parent character on them, and by decent I mean lvl 100+. No reason to delete characters for anything.
Though I do understand that it's not that easy in KMS.

Did the first one, who had the parent deleted, still keep their blessing skill points or did they go to 0? *the one that depends on the relationship*

im guessing they would go to 0 seeing as there is no one to base it off of.

Regular jobs get the 5 AP too unless it was chanegd at some point. It's been about a year since I did my last 3rd job advance.

Ok, I got some solid numbers:
Wind shot is 54 shots per minute.
Magnum Shot is 58 shots per minute.
These are pretty much consistent with the firing numbers reported earlier. This is measured using a Vaulter 2000 and Booster.
Also, you can use Strafe, Arrow Rain, etc. while in the transformation. All usual skills are still available to you, as previously assumed.
