CheapService told me to wait 5 minutes for her to log onto a mule to get the Partisan I paid for and hasn't logged back in for like.. 7 hours. Friend got a 134 1h Axe on his second box! Also, potentially unrelated, but @Furahi, care to explain?:

Well, it's confirmed to drop from empress, and empress is confirmed to have been killed, so it's very possible that there's one out there.
Especially since its been almost 2 weeks now since legend(2 weeks of it being unglitched)

I've seen those lucky day scrolls in windia as well.
I assumed they came from hero boxes, but now I'm not sure.
