If you read any of the past posts in the last few pages, you would know that:
The websites are perfectly fine
the login servers are NOT online
Server 20 is the "master server", So if that is not green, nothing is going to happen.
Nexon and their general map area where the servers are held, had a large blackout and probably did not have power until recently. They are also trying to get their log in servers back online so that people like you and me can play their games.
I'm sorry if this is a tad harsh, but if anyone could read, they would have known that all this information was found in this thread. Just try to read before posting about something that's basically been repeated over and over

Eh? The light was green, so I tried logging in...but all I got was some weird white screen with an error message. When I cam back, the light was red again, false alarm or something.
