Original Dragon Nest Thread - Mibs - 2011-12-03 I keep not getting the hot time rewards, even though I'm on for the times listed on the site. Isn't it just be online 5-7 weekdays, 3-5 weekends? Original Dragon Nest Thread - ShinkuDragon - 2011-12-03 EarthAdept2 Wrote:Soloed cerb normal. what weapon bug, the buffs activating every time? because the description no longer says that it has a cooldown. Original Dragon Nest Thread - Alilatias - 2011-12-03 ShinkuDragon Wrote:what weapon bug, the buffs activating every time? because the description no longer says that it has a cooldown. Don't other versions with suffix weapon effects have them with something like a 30 second cooldown? Then again, I think suffix armor cooldowns are really overkill. Barely even notice that they are there. I have it on my staff, but I never really notice anything. Original Dragon Nest Thread - ShinkuDragon - 2011-12-04 Mibs Wrote:How exactly do these skills work? Original Dragon Nest Thread - EarthAdept2 - 2011-12-04 From what I understand correctly, the main problem is the effect on items with the "brutal, intellect, windswept" type crafts. The description says that there is something like a 8% chance to activate for 254% damage for 6.3s, acting like a buff. That's the main problem right there. I got this info when some guy I was talking to claimed this to be the case rather than my original theory; which was 8% chance to activate for every attack and doesn't act as a buff. However, I did notice that sometimes after my double shot had activated the effect, my multi-shot would also be stronger. I guess his theory was correct rather than mine, but I don't have solid proof and he didn't post his tests. Original Dragon Nest Thread - DrRusty - 2011-12-04 soooo is that a good or bad thing Original Dragon Nest Thread - ShinkuDragon - 2011-12-04 EarthAdept2 Wrote:From what I understand correctly, the main problem is the effect on items with the "brutal, intellect, windswept" type crafts. Original Dragon Nest Thread - EarthAdept2 - 2011-12-04 It's also broken. A SS should not be dealing 3 bars of damage on thumpy at level 32 with one rain of arrows. Original Dragon Nest Thread - DrRusty - 2011-12-04 EarthAdept2 Wrote:It's also broken. don't lie, you love it Edit - yay 2nd Amazing title =D. The only problem I have soloing cerb nest is that last room before cerb (two big dudes). It was slightly easier on my archer (compared to my merc) to stay alive since I'm using a crossbow right now and I can just hold down strafe and left click while they're charging at me. I also broke their super armor with charge shot followed by a rain of arrows. ![]() Here are my archer's stats. I have almost 5k crit. I think I'm going to buy an epic fierce plate today and see how much that helps. Edit - there was one in the market for 500g so i got it =P. Brought me up to just over 5200 crit which is around 400ish crit upgrade.
Spoiler
Original Dragon Nest Thread - EarthAdept2 - 2011-12-04 Even if I love it, I know it's still broken and detrimental to the game lol. That's like me saying I would probably like a +12 level 40 geode but it would crash the market earlier. Also for the two orc bosses, you just wait until they join together in the middle, ankle shot, and then rain of arrows \o/. Original Dragon Nest Thread - Kaasoljoyyx - 2011-12-04 cDN and kDN have the cooldowns in place on weapons (i believe they also changed some of the armor cooldowns when they revamped the whole suffix system a couple months back) so it's just a matter of time before we get it too. I can't wait for level 40 to get Life prefix - Weapons: Small % chance to activate drain (get %HP back) - Armors: Decent % chance to recover %HP when hit Original Dragon Nest Thread - EarthAdept2 - 2011-12-05 Question to those that know cDN and kDN: What's the drop rate for average lustres and epic sparks in the 32-40 dungeons? Original Dragon Nest Thread - ShinkuDragon - 2011-12-05 woo, achieves achieves! soloed mino a good while ago, now i managed to solo cerb normal (2 deaths, but i didn't wait for potions or anything) tried to solo (read: experiment) hell mode with my one remaining life, died at the hobgoblin once (funny, cause the 2 minos took my hp down to 4k, and then i survived most of the hob fight.) and then brockius rains doom on my last life. i hate that room. Original Dragon Nest Thread - DrRusty - 2011-12-05 I squished my right pointer finger between a car battery and a shelf today =(. Now it hurts to click my left click Original Dragon Nest Thread - Mibs - 2011-12-05 Died 4 times in a single Mino run. I think he's a lot harder than Cerb >_>. Once he or his two buddies get you up on their horns, you're done for. Got Mystic to 23, realized I'm getting a lot of faction points and frags. What should I do with them? I have nearly 2k frags, not sure about how many fraction points, but then again don't even know what they're used for. You mean Epic sparks? Because the magic ones are already out right? -confused- Where do I turn in my faction points? Because the magic ones are already out right? -confused- you can get epic ones too already, but yes, the merchant sells random epic sparks for 400 faction points. it's the fat dude in white in the St. Haven area, left of irine. |
