I think I'm part of the 20% remicade doesn't work on, but it's a little soon to tell.
Most likely attending the honors college at SUNY Albany so I don't have much (if any) debt. My parents will pay the cost of a state school if I go to a private one ($60k), so I'd be left with $75-$84k in debt if I go private (that's $1000/month over ten years after graduation to pay back. Holy pomegranate). Since I'm 95% sure I'm going to grad school (physics), the school I go to undergrad doesn't matter as much as what I do while I'm there. I already have invitations from UAlbany professors to research with them during my second semester/sophomore year.
That or people finally see that you're attractive
I mean dam, everyone in the guild/alliance has been saying this for, what, 3 years?
And geez that's still a pineapple ton of cash @.@

Aaaaanyways, today was a nice change of pace (aside from this allergy throat; stupid open window + fan!). Sat around, studied and made soup with a friend, and just took it easy. Lovely weather too. The supposed last storm of the season is supposed to be coming in Wednesday(?), and as much as I love storms, I'm tired of the cold. Bring on the sunshine!

Today was pretty good. My mom took me shopping for work appropriate clothing.
In one store I was in the changeroom when this gay couple both went into the changeroom next to mine. I could hear them chatting about how stylish or ugly the things they picked out were as they sang to Madonna on the radio. It was awkward.
Anyway, got some nice new clothes, both for work and just everyday. I swear my mom has the worst taste in mens shoes though. I'll probably go with my sister so she can help me pick a nice pair out since I'm way too picky when it comes to shoes.
Also went to go buy FFXIII-2 since there was a Gamestop in the same mall, and when I asked the guy if it was in stock he said "oh it's on sale..and it's got the preorder code on it still!" SO NICE. Got the alternate costume and bow codes for Serah plus the game for only 30 bucks. Awesome deal.
Pretty pooped now, didn't get much sleep last night.
EDIT - omg also there was a bulk barn in the plaza and my mom is like "oooh let's get gummy worms!!" and all I could think of was...that gif...[MENTION=1331]Panacea[/MENTION].

Day was boring, honestly. I sat around the house and did nothing until I drive back to campus. Tomorrow should be more eventful since I'll be finding out two test grades, talking to my adviser, and hearing where I'll be living for the summer!

Have I ever mentioned how much I hate sundays? Well I fucking do. I don't have a day off until wednesday and I'm gonna go bat pomegranate crazy because I'm getting so sick and tired of some people. Also going to be changing majors to biomedical science once I take two pre-reqs this fall! Parting with engineering is bitter sweet, but I guess it just wasn't my future. Looking forward to pursuing this new career path!

Yesterday I spent half a day doing field work under the bright and shiny sun. And it was hot. But today is just a completely different level, almost abnormally hot. And it's not even the sun, it's the humidity that sticks to your skin, and the heat of the floor cooks your lower body and the heat of the air that makes breathing a pain.
In other words, I feel like pomegranate today and I did nothing besides attending university. pineappleing tropical climate.

Such an awesome weekend! Well the parts I actually remember were awesome.
Played a new game with colored circles, a deck of cards, body paint and lots of booze. Reminded me of the good old days.
