Nightlords are their own sed mules with fake + 999 avoid

Shidoshi Wrote:Did you have another character to be seduce mule?

No it was all me and as said in the next post with Fake and 999 Avoid even before MW you honestly don't get hit much. I came close by being seduced into rocks on pre-heads because Wyverns weren't near me and just before the Tail went down I got seduced a couple times going back and forth. Other then that there's really no problems, next time I'm going to attempt to use fraps and record certain parts.

He's essentially the perfect seduce mule. Shifter + 999 avoid = "Oooh you can't touch me". :f6:

Never really understood how fake worked. Does it replace miss with the wooden dummy?

Instead of getting hit, the wooden dummy appears. But if it's an attack like Rellik's stun or seal attack, the wooden dummy will protect you from the damage, but not the seal or stun.

Seriously? I never noticed that. o.o

That's kind of the only fact in your last post that wasn't obvious, so yeah. xDD

Well, I've seen a few videos of Shadow Shifter/Fake protecting from the damage but not the seal/stun, plus I've been on some CWKPQ runs where some Night Lords got stunned and sealed even with SS activating.

shifter does not avoid stun or seal at all, avoid does.
avoid + shifter work together sometimes

paying for an accomplishment almost seems like an oxymoron. hahahaha

i don't get the logic behind spending money to defeat a boss, whether in a group or to solo. buy a different game (maybe go play some super nintendo roms)

Insurance to make sure the last x hours weren't wasted over you being cheap/sucking at merchanting. I also think you missed the part where he only used 1 wheel on his 2nd attempt.

I agree with you, I see nothing wrong with paying a tad to be on the safe side. Just imagine how sucky MS pre BB would have been without the use of charms. Yuck. On a similar note, people seems to have some warped notion that the majority use MTS to fund their NX needs. Based on what I have seen, a few does indeed, but many just say they do to avoid the shame that they belive comes with wasting real money on a game.

Oh of course don't get me wrong I've spent a decent amount of money on this game but a bigger majority of it has been gifts for birthdays/christams' etc etc but as of the good past couple months it's just been easier to get the NX from converting WG's, and that's all I do.

Once you have a decent amount of money (I'd say 100m) earning NX through MTS isn't even a real task.
