Hey, Night Lords Managed to ninja it out too. But we had all of our skills ready to be maxed with 255 points anyway.

Also, I think Angelic Busters could use a new level 150 Hyper Skill. Don't they essentially have a 100% recharge rate after maxing all the Affinity skills? That would make their level 150 Hyper Skill useless. Maybe they could turn it into a Booster skill since ABs don't have any form of + Weapon Speed in their skills.

Pretty much.

If you fail a Recharge, then Affinity IV tries to Recharge again, and if that fails, Affinity III is a guaranteed Recharge after two failed Recharges. It's quite silly.

I'd rather they change our amazing +450 accuracy Buff Skill into a +Weapon Speed Skill. Rolleyes

probably them killer 999 attack weapons that havent been patched yet (i may be wrong)

God i hate that system. Basically every other MMO uses it and it is the crappest skill system I have experience. Why play the game how you want to when we can make (not tell) what's the "best" thing for you.

Wouldn't 70 be a bit much? If the weird formula works the way it does and I didnt calc incorrectly you can max everything by 136. If the one I did with a lower sp count is correct you can max at 140. But even so the scaling keeps going until at least 200 right? you'd have like 300+ sp. More likely 450+ or even 500+ so its just like...wow. A lot of sp.

it is, but i decided to give it some leeway, i think fifth job is going to end at 190, but who knows for certain since 200 was the old cap, and 210 has link skills so they might want to make people level to that point. alternatively they could just do 190 and then the bonuses of 200 and 210 are the link skill and character card as they already are

I suggest everyone to wait for the 5th job advancement system when it is actually released in the test server.
Maybe the 5th job advancement will work out differently than the previous job advancements. Maybe it will not start at Lv. 140.

And I agree. The whole power creep is crazy. Yeah sure at 50m most classes can do everything bar Dorothy as far as I understand.
And people use KMS as too much of a basis for what classes can do. Mechanics wise? Fine. Actual damage output? Nah.

Elemental ignore, even though its only 50%, on the Cyg classes is amazing. At the same funding as another class that has the same designation as them, bar the FP since it as the generic mage ignore 100% on a different skill, they'll more than likely do more damage. Especially WA.

I remember hearing about a hero in my server having 2m-2m. When Zero came out he transferred all his gear and was 900k-1m on Alpha. From what I'm told he went back to the hero only b/c he didn't feel like getting it to 2m-2m.

DA funded at the same level as other warriors would hit higher, but that would be compensated for by the fact that it has few lines.Might have more range too depending on if you self cube or buy since % hp is way cheaper than % str.

Zero just seems so well rounded. Sure for a clean class at 180 it has a pretty high uninvested damage output, but it requires more than a Drk to hit cap range on both chars. But even so looking at its skill set it has a bit of Kaiser/DS/Phantom in the aoe that removes boss buffs, Pally in Time Holding, Drk via Divine leer, and anything with a revive via revised time. It even has a stupidly short cool down via revised time. But it has the drawback that it's not as easy as other classes to keep your maximum dps up.

The power creep is so bad that people fight over dojo times in mardia even though they don't need em to clear bosses since they are on Phant's, Drk's, and Xenon's hitting cap anyway. Also, you get looked down on for not using gloves.

The whole working together thing seems to be dying off.

that shouldn't have happened if it was truly "all of the equips". Alpha's weapon multiplier is very close to a 2h sword weapon multiplier(and of course better than 1h multiplier) so based purely on stats and not skills, there should not be that much of a disparity unbuffed.
