Seriously? Three cops in a game? That's a little much... o_o
And I actually wanted to investigate y0y0, since I did vote for him, but it was Chaotic's vote for Sega that sealed the deal for me. He said that he "had" to vote Sega, implying that he couldn't vote for words... So maybe he was coerced into a vote?

Say Kyra is an insane cop and CJ is actually a mafia member he could confirm he was looked at last night and appear innocent as far as anyone is concerned. Say I am the sane cop and Words say he wasn't looked at last night and makes me look bad.
Of course it is possible any of the three of us are insane so. . .

Honestly, if Mas designed this game anything like the old SP Mafia games, this isn't surprising in the least. Those were the most power role heavy, unbalanced games I've ever seen, and they were great. Anyway nostalgia aside, there's a very simple way to resolve this. Meta, Kyrastri, and I should all investigate the same person, and then lynch that person. I'm fairly certain this is a case of multiple cops and this should shed light on the mental status of all of us. Whoever the doctor is, you're going to have a fun night tonight. At the moment, I think it's safe to say that lynching Words would be good for confirmation for Meta.

Also in none of the games I have ever played is the target of an investigation revealed to have been investigated. That leads to ALL SORTS OF NONSENSE like mafia being alerted that they've been exposed, or easy innocent confirmation, or whatever. I don't see why CJ and Words having night actions is relevant. Kyrastri, did the result PM say that CJ is a green apple specifically? Like, it told you what type of apple he was? Did it say anything about alignment? For all we know a green apple could be rotten. If it's not insanity that we're dealing with, it could be a case of different cops investigating different traits. Checking now, my role PM doesn't say anything about determining the alliance of the person I investigate. It just says searching a target for clues about their identity. Meta and Kyra, what were the exact verbs that you're using to investigate? My verb is Investigate. God damn this is more of a mess than I thought.

I admit it is possible that I am an insane cop but y'all would end up lynching off a possible good cop that way. If Words doesn't turn out to be mafia then everyone is gonna come after me tomorrow if I live through the night, that is a fact. I am pretty busy today, so this may be the only post for a little. I am short on time and a good amount has happened so I am a bit confused.
About yesterday: I didn't want to vote for Sega or Words because it would be too easy for the mafia to tip the vote, but I was forced to after the votes piled on in a snipe attempt (I was afraid that Shidoshi may have double vote and given the multiple cops claim now and everyone claiming to have an ability yesterday, I was right to worry). I thought that yoshi and Shidoshi were protecting Verkoll or Words, but it doesn't make sense given the new information.
As for today, I am a bit lost. I am obviously going to side with Kyrastri, but I am a bit surprised the cops would come out with only one night of information. I right now am siding with KhainiWest that some seem to be hiding.
I am tight on time, so I will hopefully be able to take in all the information later today.

Investigate. The contents of my pm, to paraphrase, indicated that Chaotic was an apple, then said that it was green. It was two sentences.
He showed up "green" on my investigation. I'm guessing it's either -colour- or rotten, though I haven't found a mafia yet.

I agree, though I'm curious to see Khaini's theory behind his suggestion to investigate Words and to kill Meta. I don't think we should kill him, though; a cop is a cop and it would be good to keep more cops around to ensure that we get at least one investigation done and proper.

There's a lot going on right now. Starting with Meta's claim first, she's lying, I'm just a townie and I see three possibilities: 1) She's an insane/paranoid cop, 2) She's the fool, acting drunk at first and then making a false claim with a false guilty to get herself lynched later (which, if I understand correctly, fits what Olsi says about his pm) and 3) she pulling weird shenanigans for whoever knows what reason. It's any of those because I don't know if mafia would pull something like this so early so I don't list it. I'm right about one of them but loosing her would be a loss for the town.
Second, HolyPie is right about getting pm because you were investigated. I didn't get one and I notice ChaoticCJ didn't even mention it so I'm going to guess it's the same for him. Either way, not getting pms doesn't tell us anything, it could be true or lies that they investigated us and we wouldn't know.
Lastly, it didn't surprise me that there was a counter claim because of Meta's "results" but the other claim did confuse me. The way I see all this claiming is, Meta fits the two last possibilities I listed above (that's why I bolded them); the real cop is either HolyPie and Kyrastri; the other would be an insane/paranoid cop or mafia seizing the chaos.
