Because JoeTang is known to take shots at Locked. Seems that most people have no idea who TagerBustah is, and the message came out as whiny and inconsiderate.
I certainly didn't feel like what TagerBustah said was a joke, but to each their own.
OT: This patch seems like more of a minor buff than a revamp. I'm still waiting to see Shadower/Buccaneer changes, though.

Because one user is well known and the other isn't, is we know joe is joking but tagerbustah could be or could not be joking but he isn't well known so we assume he isn't....or something like that..it is southperry.

Well if true then I have nothing left to complain about with the i/l update other than the look of elquines and lack of freezing.
I had my doubts but Nexon really is trying to appease adventurer players with this update.

They decided that 2000L was a good value to put in a 64 bit integer. Also, I learned more about how Nexon codes data.
There is a specific block type called 0x14 which, until today, I did not know it was coded like this.
