I actually like the fact that we're getting Neo City. I'm not planning to get past Lv.130~140 so this allows me (and most of the other players who will never reach the 'high' levels) to experience the area and the monsters. Lets just be happy that we get actual content and less stupid events like Mardi Grass.

The good news Sylv (and all others that are RAAGING) is that KMS announced last December that, after rebalacing, they will work on higher level content, so at least you have that to look forward to.

To many people, Neo Tokyo was an area that looked really awesome and tough, and area you might want to actually train and level up to reach. At this point in time, people practically have levels 1-70 handed to them, and people in that level range still argue about it. Now there are people who have played for many years, and have learned and explored through it. And what can those players do? Fight bosses, level up at skeles/ToT, or do CWKPQ. That's it. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to even want to continue playing once they reach level 140. By that time, doing almost everything is a breeze. This would have been an area to convince even the most hardened and experienced players to try their best to attain the levels are strength needed to fight in Neo Tokyo. Now all of those hopes and ambitions have fallen on the cutting room floor as new players will now have levels 1-100 handed to them, and then start complaining that they can't level up without yet anthother addition.

If you consider Neo City to be a sweater, and Neo Tokyo to be 1 million dollars, and someone hands you a box saying it either contains a check for 1 million dollars or a sweater, which one would you hope comes out of the box? And would you rage if you ended up getting a sweater instead of 1 million dollars?

I'll start by saying this: Hime is not a reputable source of information and that should be obvious. Her job is nothing more than to ensure people aren't talking trash about Nexon. Anything else she says is about as valid as anything you or I said.
That being said, no one of any repute handed you a box and told you it was a million dollars. If a millionaire had come up and said this, then yes, you might have a reason to rage. But if a hobo comes up (the hobo represents us and Hime in case you didn't get that) and says the same thing, and if you seriously expect there to not be a ratty old stinky sweater then you're seriously nuts.
Again, it was never "around the corner." There was never any indication that we'd ever see Neo Tokyo beyond dumb rumours spread by dumb delusional people.

It was around the corner maple sea got neo tokyo with arans. We only got aran so neo tokyo was around the corner. We follow maple sea content patch 95% of the time.
Also maple sea has neo tokyo and seem they are getting neo city. So we could be getting the same. Why would msea want two neo contents.

I'm sure she has the authority to answer vague questions with vague responses and that's exactly what she did. She isn't required to know the content 100% before answering. She saw what looked familiar, potentially requested if it was okay to respond, and then followed through accordingly. I really doubt she ran to her supervisor and said NEO TOKYO??? ARE WE GETTING NEO TOKYO??? and then was told NO WE'RE GETTING NEO CITY!!! and then she neglected to note the difference, shrugged, and answered anyway.
