Also, which equips even have element attack on them? So far I've just seen it on weapons and rings.
And yeah, I only ever see fire and dark attack, seen ice attack maybe twice in the past week. >_>

Yep. Only weapons and rings for other elements. Mystics are lucky in that they have earrings and necklaces that give dark%
Given:
8% x2 from weapons
8.6% earrings
10.6% necklace
12.8% x2 rings
= 60.8% dark
Roughly I guess.

I have terrible luck with the prizes coming out of gold boxes in Cerberus Hell Mode =(
1st gold box i get a ring with like stun resist and crit resist
2nd gold box i get a stunning ring

This, I'm missing about 8% from lack of a second epic brilliant ring. Also Grim Reaper title adds 2% dark.

He probably does have those magnifying glasses that were given out as compensation for all the server screwups a while back. The issue is knowing what's inside that gold box beforehand. I'm down to my last magnifying glass and the only worthwhile thing I've obtained from a gold box is some Level 34 earring with 150-something Strength and 30-something Vitality.

I used both my mag glasses at the same time to give me a 50/50 at a gold box and still got a silver chest
and this happened on both my 32s rofl
70% away from my SM from being 32. Got some sick gearz waitin !!! Probably not leveling another 32 after this. These 3 I have are enough and hard enough to gear as it is.

Yeah, my Sharpshooter is nearing 32 as well, just got her to 31 yesterday after spending much of the past week on my now 24 Acrobat on a different account.
My Sharpshooter is also going to be my third 32 character, in which I don't even focus on my first 32 character anymore. That was my Mystic, in which I wanted her to become a Smasher at first (laser path), but the laser path has been so absolutely underwhelming thus far. Summon Comet and Gravity Crush both seem to be so useful for breaking superarmor. And yet the laser path has 9 Tail Laser and Spectrum Ray, both of which don't even seem to be anywhere near as useful. Not to mention that dark % equips seem to be absurdly easy to get in this game. But oh well, I'll just wait for that reset at Level 45. However long that takes.
I'm not even sure if I want to continue with my old Mercenary anymore, but I'm not going to delete him, just in case I decide to pick him up again down the line and because he already has a lot of free inventory and storage space from those events.

Getting comet dust and sun powder from Cerb Hell chests, what do I do with them? They don't sell for a whole lot and I don't know if exchanging them is worth it.

Smashers are very good in terms of raw damage, since nine tail laser and spectrum ray are both really powerful; they're actually pretty similar to elementalist in that sense.

I would personally save them for when Level 40/50 geodes come out. I'm buying up all the comet dust that I can here in Velskud since they go for like 1-2 gold each.

I found one off a gold bunny during the second week of release, but I couldn't sell it for more than 800 gold here in Velskud. It needs 6 stamps to bind too, IIRC. Feels like there are more ice mages than fire mages, I seem to have a hard time selling any kind of fire-related gear in comparison to ice.
