No one can complete their monster books because Lost Rudolph and Kid Snowman cannot be found in GMS.
In case you think they'll hold events for those two, I would like to point out that there has also been events where you could "buy" monster cards.

yeah I'm beginning to wonder if they drop.
I got 3 60% staff scrolls while doing this. and did I mention I dropped 200 pelvises before taking that pic?

I believe Eos (Aesilyn) has gotten those along with the mummydogs and commander skeletons and all those other monsters.

Of course it drops, you shouldn't automatically assume it's glitched if you can't find it. And that's nothing. It took me longer to find the Ice Sentinel card. I'm not trying to sound abrasive or anything, but just keep fighting, and it'll drop.
