Captain Planet Mafia. Final. Town + Neutral Wins. - Polantaris - 2013-01-11 Corn Wrote:He's a mafia and he says don't trust Corn. Exactly how that would be an issue. The real doctor disclaims your claim, then gets killed himself. We already have Netto claiming an important role, having two people claiming important roles will guarantee one will die, and the other will die the next day. It's smart for the real doctor to stay hidden, and doing their job without any scrutiny until absolutely necessary. Right now there are too many other variables for the real Doctor to show himself safely. This is why I wanted to wait until the very end of the day, to prevent you from spinning more lies to get yourself out. Unfortunately I'm just about to walk out the door so I couldn't. Someone still needs to step up and say what they found out about Derosis since it can give everyone a better idea of if they're town or mafia. Seems like people are pretty dead set on Polantaris. [Vote] No Lynch. Nothing today has been productive in my opinion. I do agree with polantaris about his statement that the real doctor is hidden. Corn could possibly be faking his role, if anything, if he gets a successful defense he should give us his flavor. Captain Planet Mafia. Final. Nothing productive? We're getting a goddamm self-admitted mafia member killed. Captain Planet Mafia. Final. Town + Neutral Wins. - MetaSeraphim - 2013-01-11 Majority reached. The day ends slightly early with almost everyone agreeing on a single target; Polantaris. Polantaris stays calm and poise throughout the whole deal. He reveals that he is infact a Mafian, and says that there are other threats out there besides the mafia that you all should be aware of. He stands up before you all, resolved and begins to heat his body up and next thing you all see is him disappearing in a flash of fire. Polantaris has been lynched, he was one of the Eco-Villains, Duke Nukem. Zarm Wrote:Polantaris! Town + Neutral Wins. - MetaSeraphim - 2013-01-12 You all wake up and head to the main meeting room hoping not to find any dead bodies, but what you see shocks you. Not one, not two, but three dead bodies lie in the middle of the room. The first one belongs to someone that none of you have seen before. He kind of looks like a butler though. The second body is Curtiss, who as it turns out was Betty Blight, Doctor Blight's grandmother who decided to side with the Planeteers to teach her granddaughter a lesson. Zarm Wrote:Curtiss! And the third body is Netto and it is the hardest one to take. But there is no denying that Netto was infact Captain Planet himself. Zarm Wrote:Netto! But, before he died it seems like Captain Planet was able to leave a message for everyone. "Planeteers, be aware, not everyone who fights pollution is on your side, there are those who are only out for themselves! Watch out for the one. . . the one. . . the one who looks like. . ." There is another message right below that one. "Remember. The Power is Yours!" Day 4 has just begun and will end at 8:00 PM PST on Jan. 13, 2013. Captain Planet Mafia. Final. Town + Neutral Wins. - MasPan - 2013-01-12 Well then. Someone is picking off confirmed or trusted townies left and right. I was targeted by either the mafia, a neutral, or a vigilante (town-aligned killer) last night, which is really funny...because they can't kill me as long as a certain other person is still alive. Curtiss wasn't really suspicious and Netto had roleclaimed Captain Planet without any counterclaim. I'm honestly surprised Corn made it through the night too, given the earlier comment that he can't protect himself. I guess the mafia was hoping Polantaris's pre-lynch speech would make us doubt him for some reason. *Shrug* MetaSeraphim Wrote:"The first one belongs to someone that none of you have seen before. He kind of looks like a butler though."This implies that it wasn't a player that died. I wonder if it was responsible for Netto's death? I wouldn't be surprised if a role like Captain Planet had the ability to revenge kill an attacker. It would also explain the unusual number of deaths/attacks last night - if it was somebody's power, then we may not have to worry about more neutral kills. I guess we'll find out tonight. We took a serious hit last night after our brief victory lynch. Time to get down to business. MetaSeraphim Wrote:Doctor Blight's grandmother who decided to side with the Planeteers to teach her granddaughter a lesson. Does this imply Curtiss was neutral and possibly chose the Planeteers side? I'm also wondering if her granddaughter is neutral... The butler's death just confuses things further. Anyone got a theory? Captain Planet Mafia. Final. VerrKol Wrote:I'm also wondering if her granddaughter is neutral... The granddaughter is probably a mafian - there's a character in the show with that name who is a major villain. From the way the flavor is worded, I imagine it would convert her to the side of the townies, or something similar. Captain Planet Mafia. Final. Town + Neutral Wins. - FenixR - 2013-01-12 I shall wait what Derosis; have to say in his defense before doing anything. Captain Planet Mafia. Final. Maybe the Bus Driver hit a mafia member and you - could explain how Netto died. Would mean the mafia's intended target got protected instead, which is...ironic. Lol. Captain Planet Mafia. Final. Town + Neutral Wins. - Derosis - 2013-01-12 So @MasPan; you're trying to provoke me? I'm against lynching until something actually gets going. Based on how this is going, I don't think we have many mafians left. Everyone is passive as well, unless you rally them of course. It's very ring-leaderish and I'm not for a one man leading a group. We're not playing Survivor here. <Survivor as in assigning a leader, not surviving lol> Captain Planet Mafia. Final. Town + Neutral Wins. - MasPan - 2013-01-12 Derosis Wrote:So @MasPan; you're trying to provoke me? You've been against lynching EVERY day thus far. That's exactly why I don't trust you. Netto also suspected you and is dead now. If you were mafia, wouldn't you kill off someone pointing a finger at your team? And nobody is being a leader - the lynches have been fairly divided every day so far outside of Polantaris (even THEN you didn't vote). Between Corn and Maping day 1, Afeared and Netto day 2, and then a pretty obvious scum lynch for Polantaris on Day 3. Captain Planet Mafia. Final. Town + Neutral Wins. - Corn - 2013-01-13 I'm going to vote Derosis (vote retracted) even though I think he's town just because he's annoying the crap out of me with his hippie crap. Captain Planet Mafia. Final. Town + Neutral Wins. - MasPan - 2013-01-13 Way I figure it, even if he is a townie, he's been absolutely zero use to us by not participating one way or the other in any of the lynches. Captain Planet Mafia. Final. Town + Neutral Wins. - Derosis - 2013-01-13 Fine, how about we just vote anyone that hasn't role claimed then? [Vote] @Words; Really @Corn;, hippie crap? That's just douchey, if anything. Also, since there is a detective why don't you just tell them what you found of me? I'm a townie, I have nothing to be afraid of. Captain Planet Mafia. Final.
