I tried Jack3d when it was the original and liked it. The new stuff sucks. I prefer Juggernaut now.

Also "after I get my life in order" and "after I get a job" are very familiar procrastination excuses.
Being in better shape will make it easier to get a job. (Just don't go the other extreme of "I'll go to job interviews once I can fit into a size <tiny> dress")
Oh boy no, I wouldn't go to that extreme, I don't even wear dresses!
Reason I say that is that with the little money I have, I don't feel comfortable going to the gym without money coming in.
I also want to move out of my parents's house and live on my own instead of doing what I do now, you know?

Overall, I need money to do all of that.
Unlesssssssss, there are some things I can do at home.
Suggestions? Big Grin

Diet change... definitely.

Plenty of things you can do at home, or outside (what's the weather like now, anyway?).
Cardio: walking, jogging, bicycling, aerobic dancing, etc.
Strength: look upthread, there was mention of methods that use your own bodyweight.
Have fun!

Weather over here is absolutely disgusting.
Very hot and humid with very little wind, especially lately, we've been getting some thunderstorms. For example, this afternoon 28°C, feels like 37°C or 82°F, feels like 99°F.
I actually wanted to buy a bike last summer, I absolutely love biking but since we live in an apartment, there's no room for said bike.
Dammit, there's an excuse for everything, isn't there? ._.

Using what?

This might be helpful:

Also this because I always link it here: http://simplesciencefitness.com/

I also think I did something bad to my knee trying to front squat yesterday. It's not bad but it kind of hurts to actually squat now.

If you guys have heard of Quest Bars before, you may know the amount of hype that surrounds them. I can confirm that all of this hype is absolutely true.

For those that don't know, Quest Bars are just protein bars; the macros are very good (for me, at least)--they hover around 200kcal, 8g fat, 20g carbs (with 16 grams of fiber! 16!) and 20g protein per bar. Most people who have tried them say that they are the best tasting protein bar in the market, and they're right. I bought four today at noon and I ate them all within 30 minutes.

They ran around $2 ber bar at my local GNC. You should get them. I recommend Cookie Dough and Apple Pie. Quest also apparently makes peanut butter cups, but I decided not to get those. I'm definitely going back tomorrow and buying every other flavor, haha.

Do they ship to Europe(Denmark specifically)?
I can't check at the moment.

Sorry for the late reply.

I'm not sure actually, there's nothing on the official site that mentions shipping. I'm sure Amazon/eBay have them in stock, and if not there are probably GNCs in Europe.

I actually went back today and bought four more flavors: Strawberry Cheesecake, Vanilla Almond, Coconut Cashew, and Lemon Cream Pie. I read online that it's good to microwave them for 10 seconds to improve the texture, so I did that. Vanilla Almond was the best out of the four, and maybe the best out of all of them (I didn't microwave the first four I bought). Coconut Cashew is very good; I had it in the car on the way home, so I didn't microwave it. Strawberry Cheesecake is good but sort of underwhelming. Lemon Cream Pie wasn't very good at all; I was expecting something that tasted like a lemon pastry, but all I got was lemon-flavored sugar alcohols. Microwaving the Lemon Cream Pie bar made it tolerable, but I still say that you should stay away from it.

Man, after this post Quest better hire me as a sales rep...

Finally got any addiction to soda or anything sugary out of my system and not addicted to them. Purely water now (sometimes Lemonade with just lemon no sugar, cause why not).

Lost 25 LBS/ 11.4 kg in 2 months and I'm 45 more away form my goal of 205. I've been getting taller again, so now that i'm 6'4 / 195.6 cm I'm having to again find more longer clothes. Tongue
Though I can keep up with a 12 minute pace fairly easy now and running is now nothing of a big deal. I'm gonna wait till school starts again to abuse the free 24 hr gym the school provides. Can't wait to work out at 2 am again. Biggrin

Also dropped red meats till the weekends, and I'm purely relying on Chicken/Fish/Veggies throught the week. Hopefully I'll drop redmeats all together.

This is by far the worst height in the world. If the shirt is the right length/width, the sleeves are too short, and vice-versa.

Tell me about it. It's hell finding anything. I may need to go ask Tay; for help now. Since he's hella good at this.

ImagineAll do you know of any online stores that sell the original Jack3d? I can't find it anywhere.
