yes, like chameleonic said, str get caped at 999base, so you have 19 points to add w/e you want, i just added them into dex so it could be easy to use stonetooth, but i still need to finish my zhelm T_T

Top 10 Strongest of Each Class - MasPan - 2009-01-22
for warriors, you can't rely solely on damage range - weapon speed also plays a huge role. For example, I use my Arcglaive, which, though weaker than a slow speed PA, is a lot faster. You should also include 80 mastery for DrKs instead of 60.

I've already added in [1H], and I'll put a note for stonetooth and such if someone uses that.
Sorry, mastery? I'm not exactly sure how this would affect the ranges, but from my past knowledge it only changed the minimum damage. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
