I'll remind you all that one's interpretations and experiences do not necessarily overlap with another person's interpretations i.e. it's subjective. Therefore, please do not overly generalise. Aside from the close-up hip-shaking that I disagree with, this is hardly far off from the many kinds of videos/MTVs/youtubes that the Korean younger generation can be exposed to.
The only difference between this video and the other videos is that this is a cartoon/anime, so these connotations are masked by the kawaii-ness of the characters and the positive feel (but obviously you all can detect it). Still not unlike most other videos.
Don't think too deep, and don't feel too much.

I do see the booty shaking kind of sexual, but come on you people overexaggerate. I see the video both related to KMS's current anniversary and even asian culture (they remind me of girl's generation which were models for MS years back).
I hope this makes it to GMS in time, I would totally take the video alone over a bunch of stupid reused events. And just so everyonoe is happy, take the freaking 5 seconds of booty shaking out of the 1.48 minutes long video.
Edit: Also I support the idea of that girl in the video possibly being the next legend, probably archer. If you take a look at all the elements around her in the video (Her armor, the buildings, the enviroment and that she's an elf) they look like nothing we already got in game, so why taking the time to create all of that if they could have reused already existant content? For example, lady Syl, Female Evan, Oz and Irena?.

IANAL but I plan to be one someday. I just turned in my Constitutional law final and this clusterpineapple of a thread was slightly relevant.
In America, child pornography is an issue that is as complicated as it is sensitive as it deals with the First Amendment and the well-being of children. As surprising as it may be for some of you, child pornography can be protected speech if it falls under a couple of guidelines. The quick and dirty is your CP is safe as so long as
1. It isn't Obscene
2. It doesn't involve real children
3. You're not seeking to obtain child porn with the belief that it includes real children.
The third part is tricky and comes down to the PROTECT act of 2003. For simplicity's sake I'll go over all three for your sake.
Regarding Obscenity, American courts use the Miller test to determine if the material is Obscene. The first two parts of the miller test regard local communities and the third follows a national standard. In simpler terms for the first two parts you compare what is considered okay in your local neighborhood (as some places are more conservative or liberal than others), and in the third one you consider what everyone in the nation would consider. The material in question only needs to fail one part to be considered not obscene.
So for our example some posters consider the video in question to be an adorable music video. It is also evident that the producers of the video put considerable effort in animating all of it. This means the material failed the third prong as it did have serious artistic value thus making it not obscene.
The Supreme Court case Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition determined that the government couldn't limit virtual depictions children that were not obscene as it didn't fit the original justification the government had made in another case called Ferber. Ferber determined that the state could criminalize many aspects of child pornography as the sexual abuse and exploitation of children was needed to produce such material. Virtual children can't be exploited or abused thus the government had no reason to prohibit it.
The last of the three is where things get tricky. How the PROTECT act is written it enables prosecutors to go after defendants as so long as they pander for child porn, even if the material contains no children. So if you were to go to a random IRC and write something like "Got some hot ass loli's w/ couple upskirts" and an FBI agent online as well. Depending on numerous factors that is all the agent needs to burst through your door and arrest you even if you meant the above video. So basically if you write about wanting or having child porn and it looks as if you are conveying the belief that the material contains real children you can be arrested and charged.
Up to this point it all comes down to having a decent lawyer, and any lawyer worth his salt could get you off on this nonsense.
So all in all, is the material inappropriate, to some yes. Should anyone care, no their opinion is irrelevant because the video would still fail the miller test, and even if it could be considered porn since it depicts virtual children it is permissible as long as you weren't trying to spread it around as real like a dumbass.
Of course take what I said with a grain of salt, as I just finished this final like last night and I'm still unsure if any parts of what I said are flawed or down right wrong. Hope I can be of assistance and get some of you urklings to thing b4 you post.

And, correct. 2D is not CP in the US, which is the one and only thing I can respect from this otherwise god forsaken governmental system we currently have. Courts have ruled it unconstitutional in every single case except for one literally since the internet began,and in that one the guy was browbeaten by the police into pleading guilty before the trial even started/he got to speak with a lawyer (note, this only applies to cases where all evidence was 2D in nature, if any actual CP was found with the person, the 2D stuff actually increased the sentence...but there haven't been all that many cases like that, which, while it doesn't surprise me since I find little to no similarities between 2D and 3D, is the subject of a lot of debate in the political world...).

To children, "shake your bon bon" is the kiddy kind of game or play-thing to them (memories from so many years ago). To the adults... well... depends on how you look at it, don't you? To the teenagers... hmm... how much they relate of such videos towards the not-so-decent side depends on their exposure and environment, agree?
