Given that there was no new rings added in the Tespia patch it would be safe to assume they're the same rings and not stackable.

I have a feeling it's the same event as the previous, so newer servers can get their rings and others who missed the event get a chance. Seeing as someone mentioned that new rings were not included in the patch notes and looking at the "hot time event 2"(or was it 3 O_o) that the sequel to some events are pretty much a "heres another chance" thing.

i feel that the "double experience effect" part of the description, if in fact it is erroneousness, is such a huge mistake that I find it feasible that at the very least they would have to deal with massive refunds until the description is corrected to accurately reflect what the coupon actually does. That is to say if the description remains in tact with today/tomorrows update.

Believe me I could argue your "evidence" up and down but like I said we should really leave well enough alone and wait for the patch to come out. The proof is in the update pudding.
I'll maintain my 2x moratorium until tomorrow.
edit: just want to make it obvious that i will not respond to anyone about my stance on the 2x coupons (hence the moratorium -__-). Wait for tomorrow for any follow ups on the topic from me. Bait if you insist.

I have no horse (or perhaps more appropriately among SPers, pony) in this race, but why would the moratorium have to end when the truth is revealed? The obvious answer would then be obvious and the only reason to for anyone to comment further would be...oh wait...nevermind, we are talking about arguers on the internets. As an individual who also has imposed a "moratorium" on himself concerning a particular topic, I must say that continually saying that you'll say nothing isn't really a moratorium.
Concerning the Cygnus 10% bonus EXP: Should I expect the 10% to only be added after leveling? If so, I should therefore not expect some sort of +10% upon log in at 50%, 78%, etc. or even 0% and should get the good ol' DW to 99.99% before the patch, correct?

The self imposed moratorium is in respect for this thread which is about aftershock, not solely the cash shop items that come along with the update. Several pages are full of comments solely about the exp coupons which is rather inconsiderate for those asking questions about lv 17 ring quest and etc(they're quickly drowned out)... I'm sure the admins & mods would appreciate not having to step in and take control because of the escalating arguments in this thread.
The moratorium will end when the truth is revealed because there will be nothing left to say on the matter. I thought that was pretty obvious. Excuse me for speaking in riddles.
But yes, pardon my irony. I'm not trying to fuel any fire and I'm just trying to alert anyone who might have missed it that I'm not trying to continue with any more fighting.

I think it's pretty ridiculous how much commotion is caused over Nexon's simple mistakes, the 130/150 EXP cap is an insane theory.
They really need to hire 2 new associates; one to proofread everything in game and posted on the Website, and one to proofread the first proofreader. Preferably people who's first language is English.
