Kms Future Plans Q/A - Dual - 2009-12-16 HH is only good for being used to do 200k damage on up to 15 monsters. It bypasses Weapon Block, allowing a decent amount of damage during those times, and it assigns the element to the skill, so ice will freeze and reduce to 1 HP. It's decent for training at places like Oblivion 4, but once the monster's HP reaches over 200k, it's going to start being less useful, and our power will dwindle to nothing. It takes me 4-5 Hits of Blast to kill one Chief Oblivion Guard. And that's my most powerful attack, which hits 1 monster.
