Getting passed the damn Sigals - DrRusty - 2009-03-05
Has anyone found a way to get passed that 1st stage? I've tried cc'ing, talking to jackk in both parts before anyone touches anything, and not takling to him at all
.anyone know any way at all to get passed the glitch?
For anyone who doesn't know what the glitch is, when the blue text doesn't show up when someone hits their Sigals, the portal doesn't open and you can't move to the next stage.

A theory we didn't have time to test is to wait before you go there. On the hall previous to that you might have to wait till the dark guardians spawn and then go in behind the pillar...
But yeah, it might also be another Capt. Latanica like so only 1 group that doesn't finish the pq screws the channel.

From the 10+ PQs i've done it seems to be a fresh channel lets the sigils work, if you dont have a totally un-PQ'd channel, you wont get the blue text.

Looks like each channel works until a certain point, then it "breaks", Latanica style. Couldn't get pass stage 2 at all.
Let's all start sending tickets so they fix the damn thing. What concerns me is that they never fixed Latanica despite being aware of the glitch. Hope they show more attention this time since its their own creation.

also, when the blue text doesnt show, it gives a pink message saying "questcheck, questcheck1, quest2check"

And how often do they spawn?Well, the first time I did the pq (and only time I got to bosses and bishop healed me to death xD) we didn't know where to go on 1st part (like when you click in after the squad leader goes in) so we went straight to the round portal on bottom right of the map and couldn't go in, then I went to talk to jack to see what he said and when I went back I noticed there were lots of dark guardians, they hit like 1.1-1.4k... well everyone was attacking it and time ran out so the ones who didn't notice we had to go through the pilar secret portal got kicked out. We restarted and went throught the pillar but saw the dark guardians again.

I did wait for the Master Guardians to spawn and go behind the pillars to get to the Sigils, still get the familiar "questcheck, quest1check, quest2check" message everytime you activate a Sigil..

We even tried reversing it, where we'd all click the second option "we'll take a look around" in order to finish his chatbox...
We tried hitting only after squad leader signs up, we've tried entering only after squad leader signs up, we've tried many different variations tried.

The PQ is Latanica'd. I went in a ton of times this morning without any trouble whatsoever. We didn't do anything specific, half the people didn't even know what they were doing, but we never had any trouble getting past the second stage.
I logged in 3 hours ago, just in time for a 19-person run that could easily take down this PQ, fully repotted, and even bought a bunch of 30 HP apples and stuff, only to realize this PQ is no longer available in any channel in Bera. We tried 4 different channels and different methods as described, but it's just not possible.
