Hate to burst your bubble here, but the December confirmation by the GM in the screenshots was for Luminous himself and not for Tempest as a whole. If they keep Prelude separate (and I hope they do) then you won't see Luminous until December (Dec 6 is a week after Nov 29 and there was one week of Prelude in KMS). Thus, the GM's words will hold true.

More seriously, I kind of expected Prelude + Lumi to be together, but them being separate is for the better IMO.
