So I heard a rumor that two handed sword users are able to equip the new projectiles. Is this true? ( if possible, could someone post a ss either proving or disproving?)

considering shields can get weapon potential too, and activate shield mastery...

true, but for a hero (who dosent have shield mastery), 2h have better Multiplers/ Base attack, and w/ the two speed boosts i listed above (DSI/Inner Abbility) both are the same speed.

I'm sure Heroes with a well funded attack shield aren't going to discard a secondary weapon with a fixed amount of stats, even if they have a !h weapon.

True, but I think that many heros are going to be switching, and start selling thier 1h and shields in preparation

considering you need a range of 500k to cap with it with no boss, i'd say that having an extra 50+% boss is a very nice help (since i don't think anyone needs to cap anywhere else.

So? Shields can get %boss too.
I have a Unique 19 attack shield. Right now it's also 18% str, but when the change comes I should be able to recube it for %boss if I want.
Why would I want to replace it with a new unscrollable item I'd need to cube from scratch?

Well, 2H swords have a higher mutiplier..

The only thing 1h+shield setup has over 2h is an extra set of potential lines + it's faster. 2h has a higher multiplier and higher base WATK which makes enhancing them more effective (though like maybe 6-12 more WATK..).
With the new secondary, 1h+shield loses that advantage of extra potential lines.
That means if you can get your hands on (Decent) SI, Yellow Aura, or the speed boost inner ability, 1h+shield is worse than 2h in every single aspect.

i actually meant that they'd still be recubing their shield, but i can see why you'd get something else from my post.

I can see why that would be reason for a new Hero to go 2h, but I still don't see why anyone who already has a good 1h+shield setup would want to invest in replacing it.

Me neither. That would make no sense at all.
Example: If I were to be gullible enough to estimate a Lionheart Battle Axe to be superior to Lionheart Cutlass Godly scrolled, then I would have to pay more mesos for a Battle Axe with 12 Stars, heck even 5 Stars (assuming the price for One Handed Swords drop) to trade my godly scrolled Cutlass with 5 Stars. But since I have limited patience and am not gullible, I'm not going to bother just because I can get an Axe better than a Sword by certain amount of Enhancement Scrolls used on an Axe. Waste of time and money to say the least.
