The point of giving heroes hyper skills is

A) Because they were already in the process of making 3 out of the 7 classes
And
B) Because by making explorers hyper skills later, they ensure they're going to be a larger boost in power than what we see now.

Events often last longer than the patches itself. Usually, the deadline of the events signals when we get another big patch, but the Hyper Skills patch is the last update for the Tempest update.
Though nothing doesn't simply happen in 27 days.

you know 27 day is like 4 week of time... gms summer update azwan end in two week then mutiny came out
4week vs 2 week it is a huge diff
