Haven't read it yet, but looks like new 110 (Nova) and 150 (Tyrant) equip sets? (Shoes, Belt, Cape, I think?) and the return of the 1+1 Event.
Angelic Burster tutorial, and the Daydream beginner skill that was invisible until now will take you to her secret room, and you'll always be in Pantheon when you leave. From what Danny tells me, I guess this is like Phantom's To The Skies skill (You can go anywhere from Pantheon). Also Angelic Burster voice acting, I think.
Angelic Burster card is +10/20/40/80 DEX.
Also, forgot to say, her multiplier is 1.7, and as a ranged class her base mastery is 15%, goes up to 85%, then an additional 10% from a hidden beginner skill for having two skills that I don't remember maxed, for a total of 95% mastery, making it the third class, first non-mage, to have that distinction.

glad so little slots though, that way the attack on shoes/cape can still have some use.
edit: wait, those cape/stuff has 30-ish ATTACK clean? what the flying pineapple!
and that angelic headpiece looks too good, waaay too good, i may end up anviling something for that if it looks like i think it does o.o

They do not have a set effect, but that is not to say they won't, but I doubt it.

Well, additionally, the Tyrant and Nova equips are superior items, which means equip enhancement scrolls will have a greater effect on them.
I have no idea what that means, but I'm assuming it'd be easier to get attack on them with enhancements, or at least, they'll get more stats than other equips.
Also, in case anyone was wondering, they are tradeable with PSoK.

Taking a wild guess, but maybe OnActive is the recharge probability? The patch notes mentioned increasing the probability.
