Hes over level 130 becase in order to equip the neo city medal you need to be 130

I do that all too often, but I usually earn mesos rather quickly through bossing so it doesn't really hurt me notably...except when dc hackers make selling stuff in a regular permit impossible (like now Tongue)
Also: If you look below at my sig I do very little hiding (omg, people know xSilentShadx, xSilentDualx, and xSilentCards are the same person and my shad's exp bar is showing 0/0 in my old dojo SS's; now I'll be hacked for sure)

No offense but if you're gonna post a picture and cencore of everything that trade included apart from the mesos from the buyers side you shouldnt post it at all.
