Why Nexon, WHY!
Every time I try to play you go and gives us a USC, Nexon how about this, extend ALL the events till the 6 of february and just take a day or two to fix and test the servers, heck if you need huge amounts of players on to fully test them just give some stupid crap (one gach ticket) for being on one of the test you're going to be running while telling your players to not do too important stuff (like cubing or scrolling) since the servers are still unstable.

Kinda mad I didn't see an ingame notice. I was in my training zone where I don't pay attention to anything so I wasn't checking for any Notifys and ended up buying a 2x card and a 1.3x buff seeing as I was on a glitched bw4 with a party of 6 (with hs).
This was timed perfectly...

I really do miss the IN GAME notices they used to always do
I was resetting shop after getting a better location, without any idea of the USC coming, when the game went down. Now i get to wonder if i Lost any items that i was putting in my hired merch at the time.

Upgraded my 13 rings, lvl my canoneer from 84 to 107 woot, my drk from 147 to 150, bishop from 148 to 150, took care of my girfriend becouse she was sick (while i was afk upgrading rings =P) and i was waiting for pink zak and dc! I think it was ok if they dont roll back if they do zzzzzzzz.

I like this idea a lot. I hate that they gave us any compensation at all while the servers were still unstable. Sure, in the beginning it was only lag, but that's still detracting from the experience we should be having on x3 exp and drop. :/. I'd rather they had told us about the compensation, to be instituted after all this, then done what you suggested instead.

Why the hell would there be any incentive to roll back?
They did it once because people were able to dupe many many times, and people complained enough on Nexon forums that they saw fit to roll back.
It's not becoming a standard for USCs.
