I charged NX 3 days ago..i did not request a refund of any sort, and i did not use credit card, i used the balance in my paypal account, and today i got an e-mail:

Apparently sarcasm is lost on you. I'm implying from my last post that regardless of the fact that Nexon refunded him, by having spent the NX, they would have no hesitation banning him for a mistake they made.
No different to the people I know who got banned for "Bigfoot abuse" when they never even went into NLC.
Nexons mistake, yet players are punished for it.

I guess it's a hard decision though.
In one case, if they find out, he's screwed, but it's not sure they'll find out.
In the other, he comes clean, and he MIGHT be screwed.

So are you saying that he FORCED nexon to get his refund? Raping and getting his refund by nexon's mistake is totally different.
