BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Mark - 2011-06-16 ![]() This thread is for manly men.
BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Satellite - 2011-06-16 Good thing there's pretty much always a Finn in every team and I don't really have a favorite(well I don't really even care about NHL). BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - ShinkuDragon - 2011-06-16 and here i was, thinking this thread would be about zombies BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Shidoshi - 2011-06-16 and here i was, misreading the title as "BRUUUUUUUUNIIIIIIISSSS" BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Retalion - 2011-06-16 Satellite Wrote:Good thing there's pretty much always a Finn in every team and I don't really have a favorite(well I don't really even care about NHL). Yeah. The only Fin on the team is the backup goalie. WAHOOO LETS CELEBRATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Better team won. Vancouver fans should be ashamed of themselves. BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Mark - 2011-06-16 Why does it matter if there's a Finn on every team? Gosh. BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Mute - 2011-06-16 So, what city are the bruins from? BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Mark - 2011-06-16 Not sure if serious. BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Mute - 2011-06-16 Mark Wrote:Not sure if serious. It's hockey. BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Retalion - 2011-06-16 Mark Wrote:Why does it matter if there's a Finn on every team? Gosh. Not to mention he's WRONG. There are no Fins on the Blackhawks, Avs, Kings, Blues, Thrashers, Sabres, Panthers, Canadiens, Rangers, Senators, Penguins, Leafs, and Capitals all don't have Finnish players...that's half the league. Looks like Finnish players arent as good as that dude thinks they are... BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Erebus - 2011-06-16 I'd care, but it's hokey. Learn to read. Also, we are as good as best in the world. No one even cares about your national leagues here (outside the players). Americans try to rank their national league over world championship. This is cause they can't get foreign stars to the games where they play as a country. As of today, Europe>America in hockey. Problem? BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Mark - 2011-06-16 MFW Southperry has no taste. Go back to your animu. BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Retalion - 2011-06-16 Satellite Wrote:"pretty much" doesn't mean all teams. Learn to read. I never knew "pretty much" meant approximately half, and that's counting the crappy Bruins backup goalie who didn't do anything all playoffs. Okay, you won at a tournament that most of the best hockey players in the world sit out for for the first time in 16 years. Question here. Who won the 2010 Olympic gold medal for hockey (where ALL the players actually showed up to?)? Who won the 2002 Olympic gold medal (again, full attendance)? Which country has made it to the finals for the world juniors 7 times in a row? We seem to do pretty fine thank you very much. Keep thinking you're the best in the world, but you're not. As for showing up to foreign games, you know why you guys have such high attendance at them? Cause your players cant get their teams far into the playoffs. Name all the Finnish players playing in the NHL who decided to leave their team for the playoffs to play in the World Championships. Problem? Ps. I'm not American. Best in the world is the title of a world champion. I'm not asking your view on this. BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Mike - 2011-06-16 Huzzah. This and the Mavs winning? Awesome. BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Retalion - 2011-06-16 Satellite Wrote:Best in the world is the title of a world champion. I'm not asking your view on this. That's fine. If you choose to be obstinate and blind in your Finnish nationalism, that's fine by me. Truth hurts sometimes. I'm sorry. Keep being deluded by how awesome you think your country's hockey is. Oh wait, you weren't asking for my view on this, yet I stated it anyways. Canada is better than Finland at hockey. We have better players, and when we actually care enough to play you guys, we win. I'm not asking for your view on this either. The only difference between me and you is that I'm actually right, lololol. I'm choosing to be obstinate too, so whatever you say doesnt matter! lalalala Edit: ohey, Canada won the last world cup. So if we beat the World Championships winner at the World Cup, does that mean we're better than them?... BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - Mute - 2011-06-16 I'LL ASK AGAIN. WHAT IS THE CITY THAT COMES BEFORE BRUINS? I.E. "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, PLEASE WELCOME THE _______ BRUINS!" BRUUUUUUUUIIIIIIINSSSS - FoolsLove - 2011-06-16 Mute Wrote:I'LL ASK AGAIN. Honolulu and Satellite, we've already been over this before: Olympics / NHL/Stanley Cup > World Championships Winning the World Championships in hockey means nothing compared to a Stanley Cup or and Olympic gold medal. When was the last time Finland won an Olympic gold medal? Oh right, never. Meanwhile Canada has 8 gold medals and 14 total, and the US has 2 gold medals and 11 total. Finland hockey sucks, get over it (as does most of the rest of Europe). |
