Boosts concentration over longer periods of time. Isn't that different than cocaine, I think it's almost similar. I don't know about over there, Rick, but over here, people take studying seriously, at least the musicians do. I've personally never used anything, but I've known other pianists who took prescription drugs to lower their heart rate so they don't get as nervous, and others who take things to help them concentrate better in their juries. I found this in the bookstore - Rick - 2011-06-07 Who says we don't take things seriously? Over here the people who can make it don't need substances to perform at the required level. Bad wording by me. I wasnt implying that people over there don't take things seriously. I was implying the "do anything to get ahead" mentality. There are tonnes who take it seriously and do things the right way. Just that there are also the bunch who take things to get ahead. Thing is, the people who can normally make it take them to get even further ahead..The people taking it arent stiffs who cant play if their life depended on it. They're good pianists who want to be even better. I found this in the bookstore - Nikkey - 2011-06-07 Rick Wrote:Wow that's silly. And yes, ~20 minutes is an observed, measured, and calculated consistent amount of time. Iuno what happens but that's just what my body does.
