That will definitely make unique 2 liners a lot more lucrative. I guess you'd use a premium till it hits 3 lines.

It can be set even with even just a Cash shop SC I think. But we've gotten unreleased items in the data before being released in game before. I think Pam's were in without a price as well, then a price was set in the next patch.
