Level 200 noblesse? - Gregory - 2011-03-31 On rankings theres a level 200 noblesse.. is this a glitch with the rankings or what? :f6: Level 200 noblesse? - wobbufet - 2011-03-31 I'm pretty sure it's a hacker. `-` Level 200 noblesse? - Zelkova - 2011-03-31 The most prevalent answer to this would be "They hacked". Level 200 noblesse? - Dark Link - 2011-03-31 Noblesse can't even get to 200. I thought it'd be extremely obvious lol Level 200 noblesse? - Locked - 2011-03-31 40 attack blessing@@@@@ Kidding. I think it's a ranking glitch, since there's no possible way to overlevel to 120. The game just wouldn't let you. Level 200 noblesse? - FoolsLove - 2011-03-31 Locked Wrote:50 attack blessing@@@@@ It's rather clearly a hack. While normally you can not get past 120 as a Cygnus character, it is possible to force a character past the level cap through commands or hacks. Level 200 noblesse? - Devil - 2011-03-31 If someone would have access (hacking) to the database, you can very easy adjust the database table of your character level. It's most likely for 50watt blessing indeed. Level 200 noblesse? - FoolsLove - 2011-03-31 A level 200 cygnus would give 40 blessing, not 50. Level 200 noblesse? - octopusprime - 2011-03-31 Locked Wrote:50 attack blessing@@@@@ Cygnus are on the same exp table. Which does not stop at 120. Try leveling a Cygnus past 120 with commands then say that again. octopusprime Wrote:Cygnus are on the same exp table. Which does not stop at 120. When you're at 120 with the "EXP+" effect, your experience goes down as soon as you touch another monster. The game doesn't let you even if you spam packets. Which quite frankly wouldn't do anything anyway since you can't packet edit experience. Level 200 noblesse? - FoolsLove - 2011-03-31 Locked Wrote:Try leveling a Cygnus past 120 with commands then say that again.Like I said, normally, that can't be done. By commands I mean GM commands. It's possible to get Cygnus and Adventurers in private servers to level 255 by default, which means it's possible to do so in the official server too. Normally, yeah, you can't do it. However, with the right hacks or GM commands, it's more than possible to get past the level cap. Level 200 noblesse? - Eos - 2011-03-31 FoolsLove Wrote:Like I said, normally, that can't be done. "Because you can do it in a private server" does not mean "you can do it in the real thing". A private server is not running the same code as the real server, it's an attempt to emulate it - It can be made to do anything because it has no actual limitations but what the coder puts there that need have no relation whatsoever to what the real game has. tldr; You can make a class in a pserver that farts mushrooms that explode and wipe out whole maps including other players, doesn't mean you can do it in GMS. Level 200 noblesse? - FoolsLove - 2011-03-31 Eosian Wrote:"Because you can do it in a private server" does not mean "you can do it in the real thing". I am well aware of that, but the ability to go past a level cap is not something that is coded, it's something that is in the client, by default. Also, no you can't do that. Very many things in the game can not be coded into the game or altered because of the client. The only thing you can do with skills is edit their stats and the image effect. You can't add or remove skills, nor can you add or remove classes. You can modify the skills in the wz any way you want to modify how the client behaves. The client digests the WZ files, as long as you don't try to do anything that it doesn't understand you can do quite literally anything graphically and physically. Leveling is 100% server side, not client side, so you're wrong on both counts and you've chosen a very poor person to try to argue this with. I'll just not reply again considering I know that I don't know more about the game than you do. I learned quite a bit in my time with private servers, but I know for fact that it's possible to go past the level cap whether a Cyg or Adv, just not through regular playing means. Not only did I experience it through private servers, but I was told this directly by my old GM friend. This part is potentially true, but it requires tricking the server to accomplish. Level 200 noblesse? - Devil - 2011-03-31 Eosian Wrote:"Because you can do it in a private server" does not mean "you can do it in the real thing".Most likely you can't do it by GM / Server commands indeed, that's why it's either a GM that's testing a lvl200 Cygnus, or it's just a hacker editing himself in the database. And that's as easy as editing an excel sheet... That is... when you're in... xD Level 200 noblesse? - octopusprime - 2011-03-31 Locked Wrote:When you're at 120 with the "EXP+" effect, your experience goes down as soon as you touch another monster. Level 200 noblesse? - Panacea - 2011-03-31 To be honest, if there was a way to pass the 120 cap for a Cygnus, I don't see why it wouldn't have been applied to an adventurer as well. However, I don't recall there ever being someone over level 200 listed on the rankings. Feel free to correct me if this involves something much more complex than I am making it to be.
