Why people get super-excited over Pokemon Black and White? - spencer7x7 - 2011-03-10
I mean it's very predictable what is about to happened.
- There will be a Grass,Water and Fire starter.
- There will be 8 gyms.
- There will be an evil "Team".
- There might be a third version.
- There will be an anime.
- Some Pokemon will be revealed during Gen IV.
- There will be a male and female character.
- There will be a rival, and a Elite Four.
- There will be at least nine cities or towns.
- There will be one water route, a mountain, caves, and a forest.
- There will be a Victory Road.
- At the end of the game, a range of special areas will become accessible.
I mean it's sooo predictable. I'm not hating on this. I'm just curious why people still buy this games despite their uber-predictability.

The story in these games is actually a lot better than all the other Pokemon games. It's more than just fight a bunch of grunts, beat their leader, move on to the elite-four, etc. It's actually pretty epic and involved, especially near/at the end. They don't change anything else because it works and they still get a f'uckton of sales. Even the anime is a lot better this time around and is actually enjoyable.
