Basically you order the colors based on their hue. It can be quite a challenge for some people.

lol. If you're talking not colors, I'm nearly blind ( i can see approximately 3 inches in front of my face. Everything else is blurry)

Either my video card is THAT crappy (16MB) or I'm really THAT colorblind. I mean. I've joked around in school about being colorblind because I often have trouble distinguishing purple hues from blue Sad(.
