This is your warning to make sure you Email Address is up to date before end of the year.

We'll be doing an account cleanup and anyone who has an invalid email address will be unable to participate without having go through account recovery to get back in.

Quarantining would be more accurate.
Either way it'll result in them being unable to post and being able to be counted separately from "live" users.

Accounts registered with throw away emails (10minutemail, etc) will likely be purged and any of those services we find that we haven't already banned from registering will be banned at that time.
