I've heard that it works with Strafe and Arrow Bomb. Not sure about attacks like Iron Arrow/Pierce (although I would assume so), Inferno, Blizzard, and Arrow Rain/Eruption.

It's the exact same thing. I think the hit animation is even the same. A monster in range will just suddenly take damage. It does not work with Inferno, Blizzard, Arrow Rain/Eruption, or Power Knock-back. It can only hit one monster, regardless of whatever skill you're using. If the monster you're attacking dies and FA activates, it can hit a different target if they are in range. FA can activate Mortal Blow, which is, in my opinion, the most useful aspect unless you're a Bow Master. It is otherwise completely unreliable to guarantee a certain Hit-to-Kill that you otherwise would not have without it, especially since most training is done with mob skills, and killing one monster out of six one hit sooner means that you're still using the same number of hits to kill the total six monsters.
tl;dr Final Attack sucks unless you're activating it 3 times per second.

I'm a Sniper. It doesn't show an animation with Arrow Blow, Double Shot, Arrow Bomb, Iron Arrow, or Strafe.

At least in the terms of Hurricane, they removed the animation of FA, but it still works (It's hard to tell, you have to be perceptive on the damage appearing speeds). I'm pretty sure at least several skills had the same change, I'm pretty sure they removed all the animations all together because I never see it on any Warrior attack either.
Back before Hurricane stopped showing it, I saw my friend as a Warrior with the animation, but when I made my own Warrior it stopped showing. The extra damage just appears.
My point is that it seems like they removed the animations because they didn't really work without the delay anymore.

On a related note, Wild Vulcan's animation shows arrows being fired twice as fast as Hurricane, presumably to account for the invisible FA arrows.

So FA is pretty much no longer the same burden it was before. That's awesome, I was wondering because a friend was like "yeah it's awesome with hurricane but what about strafe?" and I had no clue how it'd work in that case.

Is the second projectile there normally with that skill? It appears to vanish on the first mob it hits. Granted I don't know about the new animations to begin with, but it could be that the FA projectile is skill specific.
