Of course it won't, it's just another eye sore. Your character will annoy the rest of the players up in the right corner of their screens in a flurry of halloweenish skulls or something like that.

No. it's just like a heart smega. It was released in MSEA well over a year or two ago. I believe this megaphone came out before the Heart one.

Halloween patch? Where did you get that idea from? They will just activate token drops, cats and frogs spawning and some halloween themed cashshop trash.

He's still under the delusion we're getting one, I already told him they wouldn't do one, as they can add in some stupid pomegranate through a maintenance. Really stupid pomegranate. Like those tokens and whatnot!

Even if they just activate it we would still need to download minor files for everything to happen. Hence it could still be considered as a VERY VERY VERY minor patch even though its not a version up.The last couple server checks have been patches for bug fixes.
