Not sure if i can discuss this, but is there some kind of dupe going on with Pieces of time, they've been deflating in my server from around 4m to 1.8m in a week or so, with mass amounts being available, anyone know whats going on?

I don't know about what Takebacker said, but there seems to be an increase of hacking in the oblivion maps lately. One Aran flew through an O4 map of mine twice yesterday... and I wasn't very pleased. Maybe this wouldn't mean anything, but when you don't need to traverse the whole map hundreds of times to kill the monsters and hope for a loot and can zoom on by, I'm sure the time gets deduced. By a lot. >_>

And, about the 127 weapons, just read up on them, i'm not sure if that could be the whole reason for PoT deflating 3m from its original prices. Dunno though

Yeah i'm sure people prefer reverse weapons when the whole reason for making them is because they're the strongest weapon set in the game. OH WAIT. 127 weapons beat them in literally every way.

Read up on WHAT? No one knows how to get them and NO ONE knows how easily obtainable they are. Even the TESTERS OF TESPIA ARE ASSUMING WHERE THEY COME FROM. There is no reason to make reverse weapons when everyone knows a better set is literally a few days away.

Basil was having a big discussion about vac hackers in obliv 4, and mostly concentrated around one aran in windia, and then general deflation of PoT in all the servers due to hacking, if this means anything at all.
Edit: actually it was said that they're hacking in most if not ALL ToT maps. I don't know if this is true, I've held no time on the computer lately.

It is true. I found an Aran hacker in every single oblivion 5 map last time I hunted there, a week or so ago.This was in Khaini, though I'm sure it goes for most servers. PoT deflation is probably mostly because of hackers, but the level 127 weapons should play a role too.

As many said in windia their is a mass amount of aran hackers. They are even hacking at bf now >_>
Everyone has been making lvl 100 equips like cravens and nisrocks these days cause of the mass amount of 50% scrolls, that plays a rule in pot being cheap too.

PoTs aren't only used for WEAPONS and some people care for the look of items, as well, i'm sure im not the only one, don't go get your panties in a bunch. And by reading up, i read the stats(which are not deemed to be final) and level and whatever i could find, lol, oh look, bomber and cyanne actually gave some input about hackers at Time temple, they actually provided a logical answer, unlike the one you provided based on something "No one knows how to get them and NO ONE knows how easily obtainable they are." Lol, seriously, the tespian testers don't know everything about it and
Thanks Cyanne and Bomber, i asked people in galicia, and they said there are an abundance of hackers at Time Temple as well.

Did i say hacking wasn't also a cause? Did i specifically say LOL ITS BECAUSE OF 127 WEAPONS ONLY THERE CAN BE NO OTHER CAUSE? No.

Also, if you aren't aware, there are other equipments coming out that completely destroy reverse equipments IN GENERAL. Reverse weapons f'ucking suck until we know the rarity of these new equipments.

well yestyerday i was bored and decided to hunt for a level 90 overall at memos and i saw all them obs on a safe plat switched channels and saw the same thing no hackers though.

c) The new equipment, and note I'm saying equipment here, isn't enough of a reason for the Pieces of Time to really deflate. You can only scroll the equipment with the cells if you scroll the whole set once, then twice, and so on. Due to the nature of the event, which likely won't last long anyway, the effort to get amazing gear is increasingly difficult. Missing a day of the quests is enough to set you back. Reverse armor is easier to get with actually good stats based on the nature of the event. This could be contradicted later, but in theory and from the short duration of Tespia, it only seems like making the new armor godly is a pain.
d) I'm gonna refer to a post Isaac made in another thread. Many of us were disappointed about this upcoming Visitor update because we thought it was Krakia. It seemed possible for many reasons too. But it wasn't. Isaac pointed out that most of the Maple community doesn't even recognize Krakia as a section of Masteria, and I'd like to apply that knowledge here. Most of the Maple community hardly knows about the Visitor update. There's more players than Southperry, Sleepywood, and Basil and likely their daily guests. Blaming the Free Market's deflation on Time Pieces with knowledge of godly weapons isn't THAT fair since only small numbers really know that they're coming in retrospect. I think the hacking is the reason for this deflation, not the weapons. They might play a role, granted. A big one? I personally say not.

on topic : there was recently a new bot released that was specifically designed for arans and some for evans and is easy to use in time temple since its not too overpopulated. its not really public though, i believe you have to pay for it.
