Today there was a GM Event by VictorYello
It was a jump quest, and I was one of the winners.

You give the scroll of secrets to either the lock guy in Kerning or some girl in Ludibrium that chats about "scroll of secrets"

I'm pretty sure they're equal, but I'm not 100% the lock person in Kerning gives out rewards XD.
The highest reward you can get is a CK summoning bag, though.

I said talk to the NPC in Ludibrium. It's a girl, and I think it's located in the top left corner.
Anyways, expect a couple of ores, nothing special.

After you talk to the Ludi NPC, you go collect some ETC (don't remember which), then you give the Scroll back. He gives you a box. Go to the Kerning lockpick NPC to open it.
For the other one, there is an NPC in Vic (I think Lith) that wants some Undead Charms. Afterwards you get a box.

She gives you a magic box,
You hunt Trixters for the magic key,
You give her the key, she opens the box,
You get one of many rewards.

I found hte kerning quest easier, because you have to go down the ROS tower to get what you want.
