On one hand I could see why the GM would ban you for that, spamming isn't that tolerable. On the other hard I don't know why the GM ignored the hacker and wanted to ban you instead. Odd isn't it?

Yes, a response of "no" will prevent you from being banned everytime =p
Still, sad to see that GMs spend their time banning something as simple as spamming instead of the hackers they should be focusing on. (Though I don't see any of those smega spammers getting banned x_o)
