Makes sense to me, though the OP there didn't make his point more obvious. How could a hacker get access to a guy's password when he never posted it?
I'd blame Nexon too unless he gave out his password as well.
EDIT: What would be interesting is if someone gave out ID and Pass - could they do the PIC?

I don't know Sn1per...I agree with Paul. I think if he had stated he was doing this as an experiment to see whether or not PICs can be easily hacked, and stated he had a strong PIC, then perhaps it would make more sense...but whatever. I mean, he could also have easily NOT set a PIC and just posted his info, which means he's the biggest fool in the world.
But I find this thread a lot more interesting than the OP. Great ethical dilemma, though the ages posted by the OP of her brother scare me.

That's not a dilemma at all. Siblings aren't parents and the kid has no right to touch the other's stuff. If the parent is concerned with the kids lack of life-progess then the parent should be a parent and take away the kids internet. Hacking the kid serves no purpose except making the older sibling feel unnecessarily powerful and influential and will bring about unnecessary bitterness when it eventually comes out.

From my observations, the rankings are slowling down. A year or two ago, they updated about 45 minutes after saving every hour on the hour. Now it's hours, if not days.
