New delays were added in for attacks. There were five moves added: slashStorm, hustleAttack, tripleStab, flyingAssaulter, and fatalBlow

You must get to level 170 in order to get this item! You can get the crappy version at level 50 which will give you 50 hp and mp only. Then every 20 levels you can get magical 50% scrolls to scroll the item. Only tradeable by platnium Scissors through the storage!
