Issue/Problem/Bug:Quest is unavailable for cygnus characters.
Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:Cygnus characters can't access the quest Cleaning Up the Streets from Lita Lawless in NLC, meaning we can't obtain the warrior throne.

I really want this staff for my Blaze Wizard since it looks cool with the Agent equips.
Lets hope for a bug fix patch since there's quite a few bugs added to the long list again. But yeah.. Nexon doesn't seem to like doing these bug fix patches.

Everyone selling them for 15m or above. Or well.. more like 2 people are selling them, they're hard to find in FM.But I'll guess I'll just skip it and keep the tube. ;x

Hmm, I never got that quest. It's the quest where you talk to Bruce then go to Perion and in the end of the chain quest you get a 60% cape dex,str,int,luk.

Yes, that is the one. I know quests quite well. I definitely got it on my Cygnus.

I got it too. You need to do bruce's first level 10 quest and ayan's level 10 quest (kill 50 stumps) and then go back to bruce and take the toy sword to ayan and the letter back to bruce.

Correct. Cygnus can't do that one as of now (or ever, knowing Nexon).
