You need 20 of them to get the chair.
Therefore, that is a $30 chair.

It doesn't say you need the scroll for the chair. Plus it says those items come from hunting monsters.

You have to "unseal" an item 20 times for the chair, the unsealing act which needs a CS item. Thank god the chair is tradeable.

Items for the rings come from Monsters. The enchanted scroll comes from the cash shop and you need the scroll to release the artifact.

But the Ring only requires 1 of the scrolls from what it looks like, and the Ring quest is repeatable, so... that kindo' makes up for the fact that you have to get 20 scrolls for the chair. The non-expiring, stat-giving Rings are more worth it anyways.
