Yea this freaking pissed me off. The delay is still 2 seconds (1950 MS I believe is the exact number). What a waste of updates. Haven't checked BoT yet, but I am about to.

Well FWIW, Element Amp said 140% in the skill description in-game. Didnt' get a chance to hit a monster yet before the game went down again, though to verify.

I can tell that Snipe works perfectly fine. The description says 190 seconds now (level 7 Snipe) and while I was anegoing I can sort of tell that it is about 190 (as in, if I snipe immediately after booster, I can get another in shortly before booster runs out). Haven't had a chance to try Pierce yet.

i noticed no change in bowwhacking range nor damage. i'd say that this effect didn't come in.

My Flamethrower and Ice Splitter have noticeably longer ranges. It looks almost unnatural how far they go, since the animation is the same.
